Nice work on the stainless steel - VRayMatl w/ high anisitrophy?

The material on the wall mounted intake/exhaust(?) looks different though - more mottled like concrete. Is is made of something else rather than SS?

Nice detail all around. The render has a "snapshot" quality to it, which really adds to the realism. It appears to be slightly blurry though. Intentional?

Oh yeah, you did mention Brazil initially (:o).

That is a nice looking ss material!

Also, I was refering to the material on the ductwork up against the wall, not the wall itself.

What was the render time for this frame?

here's the stainless steel mat.

there are a few that use brazil and are on these forums. Its still mostly used in feature film and such and not in arch viz, which is a shame, cause brazil 2 can easily outperform or compete with renderers such as MR, vray, finalrender, etc...

But what I like the most about Brazil is the way the useris in control of the mood and feel. non of that physical stuff etc...

Congrats! Really nice, with so many details. Great work on modeling, texturing and rendering! We did some similar work too, i have to say to model this type of machine according to some plans is a really headache job. Do you model this yourself?:p
