Miggity
A commercial development in progress. Had a lot of trouble with the grass displacement until I implemented the 3GB switch. Let me know what you guys think, any ideas are welcome.
REDVERTEX
You need some color corrections and significant improvement for the enviroment. Raduce the car red lights, improve front plans.
Tommy L
I think your foliage is great. I would give the roofs some texture though, as you are looking right at them iin the aerial shot. You need to crop your eye-level shot as there is nothing happening in the foreground. The level of the detail on the trees makes me want to see more detail in the building. And your sky should be way brighter. Edited August 6, 2008 by Tommy L
Chad Warner
You also might want to fix the signage on the back building. It look's as though it's been mirrored with the rest of the building.
jad-sw
it looks fine, but the material looks just colors, it defiantly needs some bump and a little dirt in it...so the stone and the material u used in the building will look real..i think it will look great when u put the background and the sky,,,
BrianG
Nice tight modeling. Here's some crit to consider: Try a brighter beige color for your curbs. If you're not following a landscape plan then go for more palms in the parking lot and move the big boys to the background areas. Commercial building developers love to see their signage. Consider moving your target to the right on your ground level view and definately crop the bottom. A sky and some life in the windows would go far also. Seems to be a lot of blue in the trees (atleast on my monitor). Add some yellow the palm fronds atleast as they're looking a bit evergreen. Consider losing the violet cars in favor of some white ones. Look at some aerial reference and you'll be amazaed how many white cars are out there.
