Small wall trouble

Anybody able to assist me in placing a wall that attaches to the underneath of the window in the pic. it needs to follow the same outline as the window with the window sill overhanging the wall slightly

When you build your wall, make sure you select "UNCONECTED" from the options bar and that you specify a numerical height.

In plan View use the Pick tool to create the wall. The External Finish Face alignment will help you posifion the wall.

 

Use Unconnected Height as Cesar R suggests, and use the Offset to specify the Overhang.
