Tim Nelson
Is it possible to use sweep or renderable spline to get a single sided flat surface? The reason I'm asking is because I'm doing a lot of parking stripes and I would rather have one face per line instead of 6.
Tim Nelson
Well, I think I may have found my answer. If I draw a single line and use it for the sweep profile it seems to work the way I want it to. Sweet.
Chad Warner
you can also take the single line, outline it, and then add an edit poly or edit mesh modifier.
Juan Altieri
yes, the best way is to create a rectangular renderable spline (not radial) after you set the size, convert to editabe mesh and delete the down vertices, you will get a planar shape... Dave Buchhofer
you can also take the single line, outline it, and then add an edit poly or edit mesh modifier. thats what i normally do, though i tend to go with the UVW map on the outlined spline
