24mm Lense Match with Vray Phy' Camera

Do you know the film gate of the camera? Thats the physical width of the sensor.

It's a full-frame i.e. 35mm sensor, therefore your max camera should have the same focal length as the real-life lens. No focal length conversion required.

 

A camera correction modifier will allow you to mimic the shift lens characteristics or if you are using a vray physical camera the vertical shift feature will do the job.

if all els fails, use the camera match utility of max to create a defualt camera and then use the lele vray tools to create a phys.vcam from that default cam.

 

Nice suggestion sir. If you don't mind, can you share to us on how to go about doing max's camera match process, I've been trying to do this one with no success. A simple step by step guide will do, or better still, maybe you can share some link in the web that would point us in the right direction.
