Text to Particles

I have seen this effect a number of times now and i really like it, but dos anbody want to help me out trying to create it as my after effects knowledge is pretty non-existent, i reckon i could find my way around the interface as i have used it briefly but pointers would be good.

I recommend checking all of the tutorials out; there's plenty of useful information, although it's usually supplementary to the plug-ins that they offer.
