inz0mni0
Hello This is my first V-Ray work (actually is a little embarrassing posting this:o) , but I'd like to hear your critics about the render to be able to improve every day. Thanks for your comments

Dave Oliver
i dont know but if you really want something to work on it shouldnt be hard to think of things ;p 1) modeling - chamfer hard edges, add trim details 2) materials - turn on some more reflections - try out some bump maps, reflection maps 3) lighting - it looks like all the light in the room is supposed to be coming through that window, but the light hitting the floor does not look very intense. i would make sure the room is really closed and work on one light source at a time
andstef
I think the design of the railing needs to be changed, it looks rustic, not compatible with the modern feel of the room, also the stairs need more thickness, maybe around 5-7 cm. This are the thing that bother me with this image, as for the render itself, I think Dave said all there is. keep up the good work
jad-sw
well it a nice work for a beginner, but u have a lots of training to do,,,first see some real photos to the interior,,coz the lighting just doesn't look real,,u need to do more details in ur scene,,,and the camera shot isn't nice maby it can be a bit lower..... Tommy Burns
Very nice start but I don't think I would like to be climbing those stairs after a few scoops. Where's the handrail?

inz0mni0
Four days later, this is my second try. What do you think?
Dave Oliver
looks good, but you seem uninspired by the design. time to try something with a purpose or story or idea you can get behind
inz0mni0
Actually I did this space in an hour, because I just was looking to practice about illumination and materials, anything complex u know?. But I'll take my time to design in my next work I promise.
