lucho
Hello I'm doing an A1 collage, but i have the question if is better to do it in illustrator or Photoshop. The collage has elevations plans and renders with photos and some texts. At illustrator the plans look really good, but i dont know if the renders will look good, i mean without loose resolution and quality, i really prefer to do the job at illustrator but retaining the quality of the renders is important to me too, i have to say the renders have a good resolution (200ppi). I'll really apreciate your suggests Thanks Lucho
alrawli
Why would the renders drop quality in illustrator? As long as you arent resizing them drastically they should retain quality. Illustrator and photoshop work seemlessly together ( surprizing i know ) but if the end result is a large poster i would set it up in photoshop and import the text and plan elements to photoshop, but really its horses for courses with this kind of thing with these programs. frank1331
My suggestion would be to use Illustrator if you already have your photos adjusted to how you want them. Photoshop files can get really large and printing can end up becoming a problem. Just my opinion.
