I am rendering in mental ray and in an interior scene with a sun outside etc and final gather and all that. I am trying to render a panorama but it always turns out dark even though MR omni lights and global illumination is on. I need urgent help to fix the problem. Thanks

Before rendering a panorama, try some test renders with a normal 'camera' first mate.

Some more info would help, but to be honest, slip a few quids into Bri's pocket and he'll fix you up with some FANTASTIC lighting tutorial.

The How To series would be a great way to start, and uses Max 8 or Max 9 so if you don't have the latest version of max, you can still learn heaps and follow along the tutorials.

I fixed the problem, however, what should my sample per pixel be cause my final gather atm is set to mediuma dn am using the Mitchell Filter. I need the best quality but a relatively medium rendering time, nuthing too big cause i need to do around bout 4 panoramas. Thanks (Am using max 2009)
