does the roof really slope into the wall like that?

 

maybe if you made that low wall transparent (for visualization purposes) and showed some nice foliage around the bottom of the house it would look better

 

there are obviously details and texturing to work on

 

i think displacement grass would help a lot, or at least a better photo

Hey there, Just a couple things i have noticed.

It would look much better with some displacement on a few of the elements such as the grass, pavement and rock/stone walls.

Your backround image is a bit low quality, try find a better image.

Some other agle of the house might look better.
