kaz031
Hi All Please may I have your comments on this image. It seems to be a bit dull but I can't change the colour or building. What else can I do to spice it up a bit? How do you stop reflections tiling in glass? Thanks
shaneis
Maybe you could soften the shadows cast across the verandah? Also try a different time of day - perhaps late afternoon with the sun penetrating into the interior a little? Maybe a warmer feel would help it? (Please excuse the 5 second Photoshop effort)

foxlee
The gable behind is very low ,this is what makes it a difficult image. So I am not sure what the image should show if it is the wide veranda , then it could easily be a view from closer in ,showing just that. It might work better to rotate so you see more of the short wall. Right now it is confusing as the building behind the roofed over section is not clear. Context. Clubhouse for what? include specific activity to the function of the clubhouse. Maybe just use one pane for the panelled glass window, or attach them and re-apply material. Do you use a map in your reflection slot that it repeats in each window section ? Not sure Edited August 21, 2008 by foxlee
kaz031
The client needs to see the overall building but a more elevation angle shows even less. If I move the cam to the right then you will get the column in the middle of the screen which you don't want. So that's why I chose this composition. It is a club house for a driving range. foxlee
Maybe then add detail to the roof edge its too simple . Maybe use camera correction ,as the column right in front definitely tapers in. Some plants on the Veranda or whatever its called, or just cover the whole building in ivy.
