Cobblestone paving

Hi all,

 

i'm having trouble replicating a cobblestone paving texture that the client is screaming for.

 

see attached image - do i need to make up a custom bitmap for this or is there a pro-material that i can customise a little to get the desired result?

Here's a cobblestone (normal and bump map) from my collection.

It's in my "Found it on google image" folder, so I'm guessing it's okay to share.

 

I may have made the bump - been to long for me to remember properly.

thank you so much - this is the image we are trying to perfect and its seemingly a never ending variation of colours and shapes.

 

another lesson in business - always see the job contents before quoting. i read that today in the 3DATS book - wish i did before i agreed to the quote.

If you are using 2009 design "pro materials" for mental ray have a cool stone material that is ideal for this and its procedural so no tiling.
