clivengu Posted September 5, 2008 Share Posted September 5, 2008 When I press "m" on my keyboard.. d Material dialog box suppose to come out. But now it doesnt. The button on top appears to be "on" "off" when i press M.. but nothing appear. now i can edit material nor create material.... any1 can help? mr. a Posted September 5, 2008 Share Posted September 5, 2008 This sometimes happens when someone else is working on a dual display- making the material editor box appear somewhere off your screen. Try this: Bring up the material editor Click Alt + Space bar then type the letter M (this will lock your cursor to the floating material window) use your arrow keys to move the window over to your screen Did that work? clivengu Posted September 6, 2008 Author Share Posted September 6, 2008 you are right. previously im using dual monitor.. but now im using single monitor when i move my pc to my hometown. Your tips doesnt work.. I cant even bring out the Material Editor in d first place. when pressing Alt spacebar... it only comes out the "close restore minimize" , there is no maximize... any other way of restoring it? thanks anyway, at least i know what is d cause of the problem now.
