Shadows + PNG in sketchup

Hi. I've been using a lot of PNG's with transparency when I model in Sketchup lately. When I finish a model, I always make some simple screenshots of the model. Though, if a model contains lots of transparant PNG's, it just shows shadows of the planes. Is there any way Sketchup could actually show shadows of transparant images?

Oh that's pretty messed up. Cutting it all out wouldn't seem to be worth it.

Any idea if Google is gonna implement it in a next version?

I think www.3drender.co.uk is offering png's for SU which will show shadows correctly.

Not sure its what your after, but given its realtime so you can still move around as you do in SU normally, you could try LightUp as it honors the alpha in PNG images when generating shadows.
