BrianMyers
I don't mean to sound bad when I mention this, but why are you buying a program this expensive if you don't know this information? The reason I ask: AutoCAD Architecture is built on AutoCAD and the same commands you know still apply, it's still the same program at it's heart. The people that sold it to you should have answered that within the first minute you asked about purchasing it. (I know, I work for a reseller of the software). Since I train this software I'm worried that if you don't know this information you likely won't be getting the training you need to run this software effectively. This ISN'T like running AutoCAD (the commands are, but the process can be much different) unless you choose to run it like AutoCAD...and if you do then you are really missing some of the great functionality this program offers. So the question you asked is very good, I'm just surprised you would be ready to purchase it without knowing much of anything about it. Buying software is about getting the correct tool for your needs...unfortunately it sounds as if nobody has yet had the discussion on if this is the best tool for you. BrianMyers
so do you know if there is a expansion kit or somthing so i can download and use it with my autocad!? Sure, but you'll find that most of your AutoCAD stuff works in AutoCAD Architecture, as I mentioned its the same program just with a LOT of extra features and tools that might keep you from needing as many of your "expansion" tools or add-on software. BrianMyers
AutoCAD Architecture is a separate program, so perhaps we are talking about two different things. Follow this link, it should help in understanding what I am talking about: http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/index?siteID=123112&id=2956700

AJLynn
No, there is not, what you would need is a cross-grade - which does cost money, so ask your vendor then figure out if it's worth it.
