Image I/O Error

I dunno if this is the right Section to post. I am rendering through Panoramic Exporter save in .mov but I encounter this error after saving, even i set it to auto saving option before rendering. The output was okey (still in Max) when i drag the mouse, the errors comes out when saving.

Any idea how to fix this.

are you running xp 64 bit?

I am running with 32bit.
