I ask this as I notice you have some minor splotchiness round the top of the window arch on the right too. These look like they might be the same material which might be the problem too? I'm at home right now so I can't post a screen shot but off the top of my head, my renders settings are AA:Adaptive dmc / mitchell IR 50/20 LC 1200/0.02 those settings work fine for the reste of the scene... just that line with a sweep modifer appplied to it.
