johnvid
Can't wait to find out what the maximum video clip length would be? If you could pair the camera with an audio recorder and somhow sync the two & record all to external HD, then maybe I wouldn't feel the need for the Red or Scarlet Camera. Crazy Homeless Guy
I am surprised by the list price on the Canon. I thought it would be more than that. $2700 for body / $3500 for kit. But if you need really high res, ... http://www.gadgettastic.com/2008/07/08/hasselblad-50-megapixel-camera-h3dii-50/ Though I don't think it shoots 1080p video, and I am not sure it is on the market yet. Hasselblad has a 39 megapixel on the market, but it retails for over $35,000. I wonder how much the 50 will be.
