milfora
Hi, I'm currently looking at a very large road project and am becoming concerned about the size of some of the files I am generating (and the memory errors I keep getting!). I am wondering if it is possible to render the model out as separate elements (ie design surface, trees, vehicles etc) and combine them afterwards in a compositing package like Combustion of After Effects? Or is there something else I need to investigate? The thought of breaking my model up into smaller, more manageable sections sounds very appealing at the moment. Does anybody have any experience with 3dsMax and compositing packages? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. AM
Tay othman
I Love Toxik but I think Combustion is more compatible with MAX via RPF....so you can Composite the scenes along a camera movement....you also need to make a plan how to bake the indirect Illumination...
