distorted render result with vray glasmaterial

i have a problem by changing the glasmaterial of this cars(dosch 3d cars 2006) to a vray material. aim is to delete all raytrace materilas, worked perfect out of the windows of the cars. the first car has a vray glasmaterial in the windows and shows a distorted result, the other cars have a max material in the windows which do not occure that effect.

would be also thankfull for suggestiions where to find realistic 3d car geometry with vray materials.
