vray material slot

Hi everyone,

 

I just install 3d studio max 2009 design and Vray demo 1.5 SP2, the only thing I can see in my material editor slot are solid colors with a vray word all around the sphere. I put a material in the diffuse channel, the sphere change the color but I can not see the material in the slot.

 

Anybody know what is going on and how I can fix this problem.

it's been a while since I've used the vray demo version. I think that is part of the restrictions of the demo.

Yes, that's correct, the demo puts stamps on the material slots and the rendered image. If I have understand you correctly you also said you can't see the texture after you put it in the diffuse slot? If that's the case there's certainly a problem with it.
