Albert_05
Greetings! I'm Albert, 3d modeller from Philippines and I'm studying Vray, and i have a big problem. After all the tutorials I read and watched there is always one thing common problem when I'm starting to Render, there is blotches or splothces or unwanted things appears in my renderred file "for that i always pump up my settings just to remove the problem even if for the sake of render time" This is my settings and my rendered image, and there are unwanted things in the fine lines in the wall but I think the others are ok at the expense of render time. Will someone help me in tweaking this settings correct and achieve flawless GI in my scene specially in the wall details. Help me Please add some explantions if u lyk thnks;) Edited September 29, 2008 by Albert_05
chuck
I'd region render a problem area after increasing the image sampling...maybe 0/3? Chuck
Joseph Petrino
Wow Your "rQMC Sampler / Adaptive amount" of 0.1 is very low. Your render times must be huge. 0.85 is good enough. I think if you use the "High" Irradiance map settings in place of your custom settings your splotches will get much better. Also, dial down the "Saturation" spinner a little. The color bleed will get much better.
