innerdream
I don't get it? Why are these companies wasting their effort spamming their competition?

innerdream
They're not the only company to do this either. Very strange...
Jeff Mottle
Presumably they are looking at B2B contracts. When you get too busy, you have to call someone, but I do hate being spammed. Especially when I don't even do production. It's clear they just email anyone.

I usually post a "help wanted" so that I can get a number of "asked for" bids and select from those.
innerdream
You know what? I suspect and this is just a hunch that they are running ads for "Render" wanted then when a shop answers the ad they hit them with the spam. Just a hunch but I think that's what's happening.
