Noise Posted October 2, 2008 Share Posted October 2, 2008 Hi Does anyone have a tried and tested method for modeling kerbs so that there is control over the mapping of kerb stones in such a way that they curve around bends ? We have a couple of methods which use the loft tool and the sweep modifier but neither are perfect - if the sweep modifier had the Length Repeat option which the Loft tool has - all would be grand but, it doesn't. thanks N Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Noise Posted October 2, 2008 Author Share Posted October 2, 2008 I have just worked out a solution; Use the sweep modifier and use real world mapping then in the bitmap tiling parameters - adjust this to get the desired tiling of the map, sorted !
