SandmanNinja
Hi and welcome! You should always use final gather (in my opinion) - that's how it got it's name! It's the last thing you do, and it's sort of designed to smooth out your photon solution. Having said that, your lighting looks pretty good! Some random observations: * antialias jaggies on the chair cross-section of the legs - but Final Gather will fix that * I like the looping wire! * Lots of details - books in the built-in book cubby-holes, bottles, etc * I'm guessing those are windows back there - put some glass material on them and let the sun shine in * looks kind of like a home-school classroom, or a classroom from the early 1900s Good stuff! Ingsoc75
Sorry for the late response but I've been out of town for a few days. I just added FG to the mix. Funny you mention a classroom from the 1900's because I modeled all the furniture from this book dated 1912.
SandmanNinja
hi! Wow - I made a pretty good guess, eh? See how the Final Gather smoothed out the photons? It helped with the antialias issue under the chairs, too.
