Sindala
I love it! 2 little comments if i may: 1 in history 1979 and 2000 hae the same picture on the page. 2 this one is important imo. There are no search engine meta tags in the code, and from what i read flash sites still arent read well by searchbots. you will need those if you want your website to be found by google. after the you really should have these: well, you have this oneTITLE> I know theories differ on the usefullness of them, but i think they are really important to make your site find-able. Horhe
Looks nice. I feel the red colour could be have a subtle more metallic effect. The 'click and drag this slider to see more prices' in the services tab isnt that obvious nor visible, needs to attract more attention. That reminds me, I need hair trimming... RodT
Just an observation, but it is unlikely that you will have many clients from outside your immediate area. IMO you would be better served by creating a web site which you could use within the shop, perhaps a photo alblum of past clients who have had their hair done at the shop. The history is interesting, but may not offer ideas to the client as to the vairous hair styles that you offer. Certainly what you've done is first rate, but seems to broad in scope. You could have a station set up in the waiting area of your shop allowing visitors to thumb through the photos and get an idea of what they may want. I know when my wife gets hair extensions it takes her forever, having the ability to access the web while the work is being done would give her a chance to stay in touch. Hope this helps, really like the opening page...
IceAged
Slow to load... Too much going on and spinning about in my opinion. Will people really be that interested in the history? Personally if it were me I would add a gallery showing all the different styles you have to offer, and some snippets of info for each one, (eg mention celebrities that endorse that particular style). You'll get loads of info across this way to potential clients and tempt them before they've even stepped through the door.
