mskin
i need people from a worms eye view. on some previous projects i have posed people and taken a photo from the approximate orientation of the cg camera. today i went to the mall to take pictures of people. i took one.... i felt really weird doing it, i couldn't continue. i felt like a creepy guy taking pictures of people. maybe it would have been easier if i had my kids with me and i pretended to take pictures of them while really trying to get pictures of other people. also, the camera angle is 10" AFF. i looked weird taking my picture. people actually stopped because they didn't want to walk in front of my shot. i couldn't tell them that it was their picture i actually wanted. --- so does anyone know where i can find some photography of people from a worms eye view? the image im trying to populate is this one http://www.cgarchitect.com/vb/32885-school-lobby.html --- thanks a bunch. I can't help, but I just thought I would comment that it's interesting and funny how people stopped walking in front of your shot even though that's what you needed. Did you only need mall shots? You'd probably have better luck on the streets where people need to be on the sidewalk to get by. At least that's what I've seen.
mskin
thats definately the funny part about it. i went apple and pumpkin picking with my wife and daughter this afternoon. i took some pictures from low that may help. it was bright and sunny though which is unlike my rendering (an atrium more lke the mall lighting i was trying to take advantage of). ill need to do some more photoshoping on the people than i want.
