3dSol
hi, my video board got overheated and produced a short circuit on the m°b° so i replaced the m°b° with one that had the same chip set and i didn't have to format my hard drive and it was not much of a hassle, some of my programs, anti virus and corel required re-installation, but CS3 says the activation is broken and i have tried to install and re-install but i cannot deactivate the product because i cannot access the help menu, can someone recomend a procedure for DEACTIVATING please? thanks 3dS
SandmanNinja
There are ways to read 'signatures' on motherboards - BIOS info, etc, etc. It probably things you're trying to use it on another computer. The MotherBoard is the heart of a computer - so replace it and it's like it's another computer.
Lester_Masterson
If you own a legitimate copy of CS3, the Adobe help desk is more than happy to help you re-activate. I had to do it after a re-formatting myself.
