innerdream
I have the demo of the new C4D release and I am trying to redo an older scene. 1. How can I get rid of the white noise on the exhaust hood? 2. I have an area light in the window and I'm trying to get it more visible on the floor. So far when I crank the intensity it's not affecting the floor as I would like but the whole scene gets too bright. Suggestions?
STRAT
1) more samples needed in your glossy reflection tab 2) take it out and light the scene more conventionally. Use an infinite or sun light as the main direct light. this has the advantage of generally being aimed downwards towards the floor. vertical portal lights shine across, not down. I'll try that, thank you.
