Outsourcing, what do you guys think about it?

Very good...global thread. It use to be price, quality or time...pick any two. Now that distinction is blurring. In any business if you are going to be successful, you rely on exceptional skill/talent and develop an exceptional reputation. Got those...you got success. So what happens when there are 10,000 firms that have exceptional skill/talent and are (if they haven't already) getting a sterling reputation? You do something different...offer something more...insure your job by getting paid when the project is sold? Develop your own project? Prove your concept is better? Add value your excellent competition is not. my 2 cents
