applying keyboard shortcut

i am trying to make shortcut for outline of spline

i can find it thru edit spline an then going to outline option but that works only if i apply an edit spline modifier to it

what if i just drew a line and it is already editable(u dont have to apply edit spline modifier to it). how i can i make shortcut for the outline option of the spline subobject of this

where can i find it in that drop down in keyboard shortcuts area

there are 3ds max sticker on ebay but the website fourm assistant won't let me to a link lol

i know keyboard shortcuts are made undr customize user interface

but where is tat particular parameter for which i want to make the shortcut.

i cant locate that
