jucaro Posted November 26, 2003 Author Share Posted November 26, 2003 I still havent learned how to put bump mapping in the arch mats becuase, like I've said in a previous post, its very lightscape-ish (there was no bump map in lightscape, was there?) But I think there's a way to circumvent this problem as the architectural materials is closely tied to the mental ray shader (I think this is descreet's way of telling(forcing) us to use mental ray. On a lighter note, the mental ray shaders are really really flexible and extensible. I'm going to try the MR displacements and other new toys in MAX6, but sadly for me, I have to wait because MAX6 is in my friend's office.
