mi75
Please go crazy with the CC It still has a bit of work to go with things like product placement and color fine tuning but some fresh eyes would be cool.
BillyElNino
Texture wise I would get something on the fruit rather than a flat colour, apples would have some highlight on them too. The fridge is very flat, they are normally metal fronted with some kind of reflection? I would look at diffusing the reflection on the floor maybe and some bump? Your cutlery is also stretched and very flat. Is this the camera maybe?
leed
also the wide angle of the camera is not helping the chairs on the right.. they look stretched... try a different colour for the chairs too, they are a bit close to the floor... all blending into one a bit.. I think you could position the camera a bit better to, you are a bit low... See if you can get the sun hitting the island and the thinks on it... might help as well... You also have secondary shadows of the plates and bowls on the seats, which looks a bit odd. Hope that helps. Lee

innerdream
To add. I think if you're going to go through the trouble of doing a scene that you could get more current with the interior architecture and entourage. You're putting a lot of work in why not have something that's useful for your portfolio?
fourthand11
I second changing the camera shot, seems to need some foreground. Maybe adjust the aspect too. The wood floor feels a bit to large too.
mi75
BillyElNino: I agree about the textures, I didn't realise until it rendered that the fruit textures had disappeared. As for the stretched cutlery that's due to the camera lens. leed: Thanks but the stretching is due to the lens which I'm going to change from 18mm (I think) to mid 20's which will intern mean moving the camera. I agree about the chairs, I looking into a new color today. STRAT: Thanks, I'm not sure if "Pink" is a good thing mattclinch: It is dark brown and its supposed to be there. innerdream: I took the image straight out of an Australian Kitchen Design magazine showing the latest AU trends and designs for kitchens. fourthand11: Agree I plan to adjust the mapping on the floor. Thanks for all the advice everyone its always good to have fresh eyes.
