mmrizmy Posted November 19, 2008 Share Posted November 19, 2008 iam new to vray 3D rendering and i have renderd an exterior scene, but i dont think thats realisticm so you guys can u tell me how to get it a little bit realistic, and i would be very greatfull to you if you can help me wit this matter, the meterials here are starnderd 3D max meterials, i have used vray mtl for glas, but i didnt get the correct thing, i have renderd it with 3 options. 1.light cache 2.Quasi Monte Carlo 3.Photon Map, Please tell me how to make this, Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Ruprect Posted November 21, 2008 Share Posted November 21, 2008 Hi Mohammed, Try downloading the sample exterior scene from here: http://www.cg-blog.com/download-vray-light-settings-plugin.htm Although every scene is different, I found this to be a good starting place when learning vray settings. I think the scene is looking pretty good. Look up vray_de and download vray specific material from there, they really make a difference. Also the background image looks abit 'stuck on'.
