Ken Walton
Does anyone here use easyNat? If so, is it supposed to be like pulling teeth to get your plants (or the right plants) and work with that website? I bought a 40-plant package yesterday, and finally got the info I needed to download them this morning. After using my 3 license keys, my client ID, my product ID, and my request code (WTF!) I was able to download my first "test" set of plants. After going through the the install, instead of having the 5 or so that I "ordered", I appear to have almost all of them, but only some work (not just the ones I purchased). So I go to get the rest of them and now my request code and product key are invalid. Has anyone else experienced this problem? At the moment, I have to say that this has been by far the WORST plug-in experience I have ever had. Sincerely disgruntled, Ken Walton

Ken Walton
I've talked to a couple of guys - Greg in Vancouver and someone else in France. The one good thing I can say about this experience so far is that they have been PHENOMENAL in trying to fix the issue. There is not a support department I know anywhere (except Jerry Burk for my ArchiCAD) that comes close to how "on top" of things these guys appear to be. My complaints lie more in the interface and the acquisition process than the actual product or support. I believe I've got it sorted out now, but all those keys, license codes, and ID's were getting to be a real pain in the ass. It just seems to me that a product of that caliber would have a slightly friendlier method of obtaining the assets. Just my opinion. Thanks, Ken Walton
