book for 3dsmax animation

i want to know if there are any good books for 3dsmax to start learning animation and become a pro . Right now i have not much idea about animationa dn dont even know how to use track view, dope sheet etc as i dont understand the terms. I would like to know if theres any book which starts from auto key , set key explanation and goes into detail later so that u can have thorugh knowledge of every function in 3ds max animation like controllers, tracks , constraints and how they are used with maybe examples. I odnt want just character animation specific books.

have you read the 3ds max documentation??? i think you will find everything explained in there unfortunately it is about 6000 pages thick so you will have to find the necessary bits of info
