A Base Material can be this one here

 

Diffuse = Black

Reflect = Fresenel Check on or a Falloffmap with fresenel

Refract = pure white

Affect shadows on

Affect alpha optional on

 

under options

double sided off and reflect on backside on

 

dont forget to make the glasmaterial as a solid not merely a plane
