quizzy Posted December 1, 2008 Author Share Posted December 1, 2008 Well, I use GrowFX. But I dont use Onyx Tree. With growfx you can make all the trees directly in 3dsmax and you dont need a seperate program. But trees is not the only thing it does, you can make plants and smaller vegetation as well. Even carpets. Growfx is all poly's, so no slow opacity mapped planes. The userinterface is something you will have to get use to, and there are no trees that you can load from a library file. Exlevel is working on these two things. Because of the controlability of growfx it is one of the best tree-plugins for max that I've seen. You can see it as it where a combination of the total onyx tree library, the ivy generator with a lot more extra options. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
