Sketchrender
I have a problem with photomontages and glass transparency. I generally set the view up with the photo in the back ground. I take it out to render the image, but I do not get the transparency i want in the glass, and reflection of the the glossy objects also. Where there is a lot of glass say bus shelter for example. Do any of you have a general tip for this please. Thank you phil
Fernando Lino
maybe, you do need to increase the max depth (refraction) and make sure that you select the option "Affect alpha" Fernando
Thablanch
- What blending mode are you using in photoshop to put the image behind the glass? It usually works quite well in overlay. You can render a separate pass of reflections, to adjust in post. (selecting the requires areas of the reflection pass only) Hope it helps
