Has anyone tried the CityTraffic max plugin?

It looks pretty cool, I'm wondering if I can use it in conjunction with lowpolygon3D cars...? also is it easy to use? worth it?

There's a downloadable demo version.

 

It does look interesting but I can't imagine a scenario when I would be doing an animation with so many vehicles and US$1000 seems a bit steep at the moment.

 

Will be interested to hear what you think once you have had a go.

I think it sounds like an absolute snip at $1000. If you tried to do what it does for an animation project you'd be setting stuff up for like 2 days at least. For each project.

of course I remember your english-isms, I just don't think I ever heard that one before! ;-)

 

you think that was a lot of cars, you should see what we're doing now. I animated both congress parkway and roosevelt road... our website's finally up if you want to see an example (the quality of video is not great but look under congress towers--under projects/mixed use etc. ...)
