PAWUK
Try this out gives you your brain age , mine came 7 years below my actual age. Must be all the nagging from the wife ,keeps me on my toes coming up with excuses all the time. 1. Touch 'start' 2. Wait for 3, 2, 1. 3. Memorize the number's position on the screen, and then click the circle from the smallest number to the biggest number. 4. At the end of game, the computer will tell you the age of your brain. http://flashfabrica.com/f_learning/brain/brain.html
Chad Warner
Damn. I'm one year older in brain age than I actually am.
Crazy Homeless Guy
I did it the first time and it came in at my age, then i did it the second time and I came back 7 years younger. Maybe I will try it later this morning after I have had some brain food and a nice cup of coffee.
Chad Warner
I think in most cases, you'd want to come in younger than your brain age (unless you're only 15)
BillyElNino
Not wanting to be a top up artiste I came in 8 years under my age... Fair point about the scale they use though, when you're 15 you don't want a computer telling you you have a little kids brain capacity! One thing to bear in mind though is this: http://news.bbc.co.uk/player/nol/newsid_7120000/newsid_7121200/7121248.stm?bw=bb&mp=wm&asb=1&news=1&bbcws=1 Its like looking into a mirror of the last two minutes of my life! BrianKitts
I think in most cases, you'd want to come in younger than your brain age (unless you're only 15) ooooh.... duh, I kept doing it over, I was upset it was telling me my brain was 6-8 years younger than my actual age.... I was thinking it was calling my brain immature.... it's actually the opposite hmmm maybe I should lose a couple points on that one!
Scott Erstad
so it shows the number 28 once I complete the challenge, is that my brain age?
Stephen H
I had ten years younger! I thought i was more immature than that!
Lester_Masterson
Yeah. Mine came in at 22. Is that good or bad? (edit) OK! I intentionally only got 1 out of 10 and received a 120 score. Lower is better! Edited December 11, 2008 by Lester_Masterson
PAWUK
Yep, Probably works best the older you are, makes it look like you’re still on the right side of senility the lower your score
Iain Denby
13 years younger! is that a good thing?
Tim Nelson
Haha, my brain is older than my body!! Sweet, I gained 8 years. Wait, somebody Skyped me during one of the tests, so I need to restart.
Tim Nelson
Uh oh. No interruptions and now I am 55. Between this and the color perception test, I am no doing so well!
Jeff Mottle
I got 36...2.5 years older. Then again I can barely remember what I did the day before, so it's not too surprising. Maybe if I slept more. Would be interesting to see if after a few week of using one of the brain games for the iPhone/iTouch or Gameboy, if your score woudl actuallly improve. Tommy L
My 30 year old noggin contains a 32 year old brain. Not bad considering all the abuse its suffered, is there a liver, lung and kidney age test as well? Edited December 12, 2008 by Tommy L
Magnus_Alexander
I actually own the game this is based off: "Brain age" for the nintendo DS. Supposedly the optimal brain age is 22. And to answer, jeff, your score definitely improves with repetition. I'm not going to lie.... stay away from the game if you don't want to spend hours with it. I remember the first time I played I was almost insulted at the age it gave me, and was determined to bring it down..... Then again, it might be good to have on hand while waiting for your renderings.

Magnus_Alexander
is there a liver, lung and kidney age test as well? hahaha.... I totally overlooked this gem the first time around. Sounds like you might just want to visit your doctor.
