fiori
Im doing an animation with a few things moving around on a basic setup (2 vray lights and just a flat floor and back, which at the moment are just a basic vray material). Problem is the plain background adds to my render time and id like to make the background as fast as possible, i.e like ink and paint use to do, so is there any better way than just using a default vray material? thanks
kippu
no idea of what you are talking about without any images
Andrew1
I think what he wants to do is the back plane not to be part in the GI calculation, if so select the plane right click select vray property and uncheck generate gi, if this is what you're looking for it should speed up the rendering
amer abidi
Render the objects without the background, and then composite it afterwards.
