Interior designers design corporate spaces like conference areas, reception areas, lobby areas, etc etc.... I work in Houston doing all the 3D for a 45+ people firm. I've been at this firm for 3 years now. We do about 99% commercial spaces and 1% residence. I see a great need out there for 3D architects and the designers are coming more and more dependent on 3D, soon it will be a standard in the AE industry and every firm will either out source or have a team to handle the demand.
