I'd run a demo to make sure, but my kitchen is ALMOST DONE! rendering and I'm not about to interrupt it.

 

You need a map in the anisotropy slot. My first guess would be a radial gradient ramp from black to white to black.

 

That should get you started enough to figure it out or keep you busy until somebody with an authoritative answer chimes in.
