jucaro
Is there a way (or a MaxScript perhaps) to save the environment and advanced lighting (radiosity and Light Tracer) settings individualy? Akin to saving Lightscape Parameters? I found a script on the internet, but it can only export (no import or load) the radiosity parameters (no light tracer) to a text file and only the logarithmic settings of the environment exposure. abicalho
In http://www.scriptspot.com/bobo/darkmoon/ there's RadiositySettingsManager. I don't know if it works as you wish, but if it doesn't, you can always write your own. All settings in Radiosity, Exposure Control and Light Tracer are exposed to MAXScript. jucaro
Thanks Alexander. I downloaded the script, but as I am a scripting idiot, I could not figure out how to run it after i opened/run the script. The page where the script was hosted didn't have instructions enclosed. I'll be upgrading my scripting skills as soon as time (or in this case necessity) permits. My scripting knowledge are still from 3DS DOS R4.
jucaro
I figured it ou finally. A little tinkering with this and maybe I can add a function which can Save/Load Environment and Exposure settings. Thanks again.
