jinda2001
Hey all, I am trying to use a ripple spacewarp on a cube. I want the ripple to affect only the bottom 20% percent of the cube (in other words I want the bottom plane of the cube to be rippled and the top plane to be perfectly flat. Decay isnt really working for me because it is working uniformly in all directions. How can I do this? - what I reall need to do is be able to affect decay per axis (so X and Y would be indefinite but Z would drop off rather quickly) Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated. Best, Jinda
DelfoZ
1.- Create ur Box with Segments... 2.- Create ur Space Warp ( RIPPLE ) 3.-COnvert to editable mesh ( the BOX ) 4.- Select The Bottom POLYGONS of the Editable mesh 5.-Click ( bind Space warps )( keep ur SUB OBJET-Polygons selected ) 6.- Drop the Bind to the Polys, and done This works 4 me..
