Matt McDonald
Hey Gang I'm in the process of converting a whole ton of materials from v-ray to mental ray. The folks who originally created the materials used the Color Correct plugin by Cuneyt Ozdas to perform gamma correction on the bitmaps. That plugin is incompatible with mental ray. Have any of you used a script or plugin that will strip the color correct and place the bit map in the editor slot in its place? Here's to hoping so! BrianKitts
Load up the Material Lister script from the following page (reFORM studios) http://www.reformstudios.com/topics/maxscript/ Once you run it, set it to view the vray materials in your scene and it will pop them all up showing the ones that have the colorcorrect in the diffuse slot. Then you can just drag "undefined" over the colorcorrect and replace them all pretty quickly through the whole scene.
