Sawyer
I am at the very final stage of a project. It is pretty big but I have not had a problem until today (deadline is tomorrow). The file actually renders and once rendering is completed it crashes. I have re created the file 3 time and they just crash before rendering. Or I cannot even open the file again I get an error on opening. I am wondering if there is a good way to handle these things? How can I see what is causing the error? Wolf
try merging the scene into a new file, if it still crashes, merge in only half, see if its ok, and keep merging in until u find the object that is the culprit. a good way to avoid large scenes getting corrupted etc. is to use xref, have your scene split up into several different files. for instance.....main building in 1 xref, trees and landscaping in another, furniture in another. and so on this way you can manage the scene very easily, and if something gets corrupt, you dont lose your whole project.
