Need help urgently. - ArchiCAD 3D Model of a building - Needs Elements Around.

Hi,

 

I've made a building 3D model in ArchiCAD and I've added the trees and the road as well as cars and all the rest but I've got a problem I need a good background of a city around I need other realistic buildings on the picture in the background as well as ppl walking around the road in front of the building and everything.

Please tell me any place to download some models or any way to do this it's urgently and it's quite important thing.
