Tommy L
I use http://www.cozimo.com quite a lot as does my colleague. However, not only is their website not coming up, we have a couple of angry clients who think that cozimo may be responsible for selling email database information. They are getting spammed like crazy from photographers etc. Anyone heard any news? Just wondering if cozimo went under and, if so, naybe they rinsed one final asset. Everyones email address in their possession.....
Koper
got an email today from them telling me that I can "take advantage of a free one-month upgrade to evaluate the service without limitation sounds good to me, as I have been trying to get this service for our animation team, but management don't wanna budge:mad: I have seen allot of websites lately that is under-construction. did you email them? Jeff Mottle
I just emailed Stuart so he can chime in, but I know Stuart pretty well an I can't imagine he would ever sell his database of names. In fact I'd be shocked if he did. I received their newsletter last night and their website comes up fine for me right now. Could just be a glitch or perhaps a downed router somewhere between you and their servers.
sif
Yes, unfortunately we did have a glitch with this morning that caused us to go down for a few hours - actually the first time it's happened since we started the service over two years ago and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Everything is back to normal now. Please rest assured that we would never give or sell our customer information to any 3rd party. We have many CG customers who have been with us now for years and we place a very high premium to providing quality service and support. Tommy L
Stuart, Thanks for posting this response. Unfortunately, my colleague has canceled his credit card payments already. Im surprised you didnt issue an email to your customers advising of the down-time. Its a shame its such a co-incidence with this spam complaint he got from his client. Oh, and anyone reading this that hasnt used cozimo? You should try it, its a fantastic service, one that my clients enjoy as much as I do. Tom.
